Presently, her vision is to develop Youth Corporation, Inc. into a complex of micro-businesses that is fueled by her strong desire to employ and empower young adults, namely, the disadvantaged, to become entrepreneurs—prosperous and productive members of society. She has empowered the youth through Youth Outreach Services for more than 20 years through the 12-Week Job Readiness Mentor Program, Job Training Program, and personal mentorship of college students to create student body organizations for social change and mentorship. Through her experience with Youth Outreach Services, Ms. Charity was able to envision an environment where the same strategies for improvement could be employed on an even higher level. Thus, she founded CHUBBS BUZZ Facilities to begin the journey of acquiring and developing residences where social entrepreneurs could be made. Youth Corporation, Inc. has its trademark and patents through the United States Trademarks Patent Office and Copyrights from Washington Copyrights Office. With her Board, Elizabeth has developed a curriculum to zoom into the Juvenile Detention Center and other participating correctional facilities.
